Join the Movement. Build Inclusive Futures.

About Us

Volunteer With Us!

At NeuroDiversity Inclusion Institute (NDi), we believe inclusion is not a checkbox — it is a commitment.

We are building a future where neurodivergent individuals are not only supported, but empowered to lead, innovate, and thrive in every space they enter. And we cannot do that alone.

NDi is a volunteer-powered organization grounded in three pillars: Advocacy. Education. Research.

If you are passionate about equity, access, and measurable impact, we invite you to lend your talents to this work.

Why Volunteer With NDi?

When you volunteer with NDi, you are not simply offering time. You are helping to:

  • Expand access to educational resources and workshops
  • Strengthen advocacy initiatives that elevate neurodivergent voices
  • Build sustainable community partnerships
  • Shape programs that create measurable, long-term change
  • Contribute to an organization designed for impact and growth

This is hands-on, meaningful work. And your expertise matters here.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome volunteers with diverse skills and backgrounds, including (but not limited to):

Support brand visibility and strategic messaging across digital and community platforms. This may include content creation, social media management, email campaigns, website updates, graphic design, and storytelling that amplifies NDi’s impact.

Assist in organizing workshops, community forums, and public events from concept to execution. Responsibilities may include logistics coordination, vendor communication, volunteer management, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.

Contribute to the design and refinement of educational programming and NeuroLearn materials. This may include developing workshop content, creating resource guides, aligning materials with continuing education standards, and supporting evaluation tools.

Research funding opportunities aligned with NDi’s mission and assist in drafting grant proposals and supporting documents. Responsibilities may include impact data compilation, narrative writing, and tracking grant deadlines and reporting requirements.

Help cultivate partnerships with schools, organizations, and local leaders to expand NDi’s reach. This role may involve attending networking events, coordinating community presentations, and building sustainable relationships.

Provide behind-the-scenes support to ensure organizational efficiency and structure. Tasks may include database management, volunteer coordination, documentation systems, scheduling, and process improvement.

Assist in advancing initiatives that promote equitable systems for neurodivergent communities. This may include research on policy developments, drafting advocacy materials, supporting awareness campaigns, and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
