Advocacy, Education, and Research for Neurodiversity Inclusion.
Championing the rights of individuals with neurodivergent brains, NDi strives for a world where everyone, regardless of their neurological makeup, has equal opportunities and is treated with dignity.

At NDi, we envision a world where neurodivergent individuals are fully seen, valued, and supported across every space they move through. In workplaces, educational environments, and healthcare systems alike, we strive for a future where accommodations are not exceptional but expected, where dignity and respect are foundational, and where neurodivergent people are empowered to thrive as their authentic selves. In this world, masking is no longer a necessary survival strategy because environments are designed with such deep inclusion that individuals do not need to hide who they are to be safe, successful, or understood. We imagine a society where differences are not met with fear, misunderstanding, or deficit-based thinking, but instead are approached with curiosity, openness, and genuine acceptance. Through education, advocacy, and systemic change, NDi is committed to helping build a culture where neurodivergence is not only accommodated but celebrated as an essential part of human diversity.
