NDi (NeuroDiversity Inclusion Institute) is a (501c3) non-profit informative institute that advocates for the rights of people with various cognitive brain patterns. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their neurological makeup. We also believe that neurodiversity is a strength, not a weakness.
NDi advocates for the rights of people with neurodivergent brains at the local, state, and federal levels. We ensure that people with neurodivergent brains have the same opportunities as everyone else, including education, employment, housing, and healthcare.
NDi provides education and resources to help people with neurodivergent brains understand their strengths and abilities and to advocate for their rights. We offer training, workshops, and online resources for educators, employers, and families.
NDi partners with researchers from universities and other institutions to conduct studies on the impact of neurodiversity on learning and development by implementing best practices for supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace and school.
Mitchell College is a mission-driven institution dedicated to helping capable students—including neurodivergent learners—build confidence, achieve academic success, and prepare for independent, meaningful lives. Through our partnership, NDi and Mitchell are working to strengthen a continuum of support that bridges community-based advocacy with postsecondary education and workforce readiness.

In observance of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the NeuroDiversity Inclusion Institute presents the 2026 Neuro-Inclusion Forum: Unlocking Talent & Navigating Hidden Disabilities, designed for HR practitioners, labor advocates and organizational leaders. Led by Dr. Yulanda Harris, Ed.D, CNP, Founder & CEO, this session moves beyond basic compliance to explore the intersectionality of race, gender and neurodivergence in the modern workplace.
